Marta Golin, University of Zürich

Marta Golin, University of Zürich is a Postdoctoral Research Associate at the Department of Economics of the University of Zurich and the Jacobs Center for Productive Youth Development. I received my DPhil (PhD) in Economics from the University of Oxford and Nuffield College in June 2022.

Her primary line of research seeks to understand the role of individual beliefs and preferences in shaping parental human capital investment decisions, and gender inequalities therein. Her secondary line of work focuses on understanding the consequences of (future) technological advancements on labor markets, preferences and health. She has also studied the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on labor market outcomes (project webpage).

Marta Golin is also a IZA Research Affiliate, a Member of HCEO and a Research Associate at the Wellbeing Research Center (University of Oxford).
