General information

Workshop venue

The workshop is held at the Deparment of Economics, University of Copenhagen, and starts immediately after the completion of Jordi Galí's Zeuthen Lectures. While the Department's postal address is Øster Farimagsgade 5, Building 26 is located at Gammeltoftsgade 19. This page provides detailed directions for finding the Department (including downloadable maps). The workshop will be held in the same room as the Zeuthen Lectures, Room 26.2.21, which is on the second floor on building 26 (and when on the second floor, the room cannot be missed, as it occupies the center of the floor).

The entrance from Gammeltoftsgade 19 looks like this (hidden behind the bicycles are stairs to the entrance of Building 26):

Workshop format

The workshop program contains seven sessions of two or three papers. Each presenter will have approximately 35 minutes for presentation, followed by 10 minutes of general discussion. There will be access to projector and laptop (with MS PowerPoint 2007 and pdf facilities). So just bring your presentation on a USB 2.0 compatible stick.

Papers are not circulated by mail or e-mail, but can be downloaded from the programme page. Hard copies will be available at the conference.

Expense claims

As indicated by the call for papers, we cannot cover expenses except for a maximum of four nights of hotel accommodation and food during the workshop (see program). For questions regarding the hotel reservations, please contact the administrative assistant Charlotte Jespersen.

Note that costs accruing from, e.g., phone calls made from the hotel (or mini bar usage), will not be reimbursed.
